Case No. 786 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 283, 109, 114, 435, 353, 332, 333, 307, 427, 337, 338, 379, 511, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Sections 10/13 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation that the supporters of the defeated candidate in the PACS election had blocked the road creating disruption of communication.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 786 of 2019.
