2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 411/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a secret information, a raid was conducted. During raid, one stolen motorcycle was recovered which was parked outside the house of co-accused Bakhora Shah and Aman Shah who disclosed the involvement of this petitioner in the theft of motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8804 of 2025(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Bakhora Shah.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
