For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ramesh Chandra (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail by the petitioners, namely, Babloo Ram @ Bablu Ram and Vishal Ram, in connection with Chakia Police Station Case No. 103 of 2015, under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar No.III, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, and Mr. Ramesh Chandra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials available on record against the accused above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45219 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 named, and the stage of investigation, this Court is of the view that at this stage of investigation, the accused abovenamed cannot be allowed to go on bail. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
