JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tractor along with trailer of the petitioner has been seized in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 735 of 2023. Learned counsel further submits that if directed petitioner would approach the department concerned for compounding of the offence. With this liberty, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Department of Mines and State-Respondents have no objection to such prayer.

In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the competent authority of Department of Mines for compounding of the offence after payment of requisite fee/fine by filing a representation before the said authority within four weeks and thereafter, the competent authority will pass order within four weeks.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
