This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.09.2021 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIV, Begusarai in Cr. Revision No. 132 of 2016 as well as the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 89 of 2013.

A detailed order has been passed by the learned trial Court while rejecting the discharge application and in the impugned order he has discussed the materials available on record and during investigation. The learned trial court has also considered the fact that report of the Senior Deputy Collector is not with regard to Scheme No. 04 and 05 and therefore that cannot help the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7788 of 2022(2) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid circumstances, no ground for interference is made out and this is not a fit case for quashing.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
