This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paharpur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 34, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
