Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Kotwali Patna P.S. Case No. 151/2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, stands rejected.
