JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that informant had a telephonic talk to with accused Arvind Bharti, who disclosed that he along with others have killed the son of informant. Informant came and learned that her son has been done to death by the accused persons including petitioner and it is alleged that husband of the informant had illicit relationship with the accused Urmila Kunwar and the son of accused Urmila Kunwar, namely, Dhananjay Bharti had illicit relationship with the wife of deceased and informant and her son used to oppose this illicit relationships
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7253 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except suspicion, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent and he has been in judicial custody since 17.11.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ -III, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
