2. In this case, the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 354, 379/34 of the IPC.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting on the right leg of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8936 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 antecedents. Both the parties are agnates and the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
