1. (a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondents for taking an action against the private respondents who have encroached the petitioner from his lands given in Hukumnama (settlement by the State) and direct the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad from removing the

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities.
