The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018, registered under Sections 143, 498(A), 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9546 of 2019(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
