2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023, instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioners is that they conspired along with other co-accused persons and got the land in question registered in favour of Petitioner No. 2 by registered sale deed executed by Sudama Thakur.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Petitioner No. 2 has got the sale deed executed from Sudama Thakur, who is rightful owner, on a consideration amount and only to make pressure the informant has filed the present case. Petitioner and informant are Gotia and land dispute is going on between them. He further submits that dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Petitioners have one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Samprabha Thakur @ Samprabhu Thakur, Rajkishore Thakur @ Rajki Thakur and Sima Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58966 of 2024. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection
