2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 120 ( B ) and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. some unknown miscreants shot in the head of husband of informant, as a result of which, he died during course of treatment.

4. On perusal of the record, it appears that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation and it has come that it was this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8210 of 2026(2) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 who shot dead the husband of informant.

5 . Considering the nature of accusation, materials available on record, gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case, the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024 , learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
