The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner is suspected to have removed seven years niece of the informant. Later on dead body of the girl was found. During trial the informant has stated that merely on suspicion he has named the petitioner, though the petitioner is innocent.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8888 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Session Trial No. 322 of 2018 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Banti/Rajan U T
