The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b) (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case one loaded country made pistol and 3 empty cartridge and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that he has no criminal antecedent and he is custody for more than four months, the
