2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(A) Issue writ of certiorari, for quashing the order vide memo по. 1314 dated 11.06.2013 (Annexure-5) passed by District Nodal Officer, Public Grievances and Redressal Unit (Respondent No.4), Motihari, where under and whereby claim of the petitioner for compensation of 80% acquire under land Acquisition Act by State

(B) To issue the writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondent authority to discharge there legal obligation to pay compensation in the in village Manner without following the procedure of law and guide line of the State of Bihar for pay the compensation Against Land Acquisition Act. (C) To issue the writ of mandamus to directed the respondents Authority to pay compensation amount to the petitioner as per guide line of State and provision of land Acquisition Act, which is essays reference to vide (Annexure-4 to the petition) minimum value of land available in office of Sub Registry Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari, Department of Registration' State of Bihar.

(D) For proper action against responsible respondent involved in such illegal manner in way of illegal compensation against land Acquisition Act which is ignoring the procedure of law.

3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to the State counter-affidavit to show that the petitioner has accepted the amount and further has not impleaded the National Highway Authority of India, the necessary party as respondents.
