JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught by the informant and other officials and several ATM cards of different persons were recovered from his possession for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.06.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015.
