2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126, 115 ( 2 ), 109, 125 , 352, 351 ( 2 ) of BNS of 2023 .

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner hit brick on the head of the informant. There is no injury report on record to substantiate the prosecution . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the fact that there is no injury report on the record, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6861 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - 1 at Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 473 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
