JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he took the informant's minor daughter aged about 9 years into the field but except the aforesaid accusation, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the impugned order does not disclose as to whether any medical examination of the victim was held or not. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.12.2014 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Session Judge, Patna in connection with Belchchi P.S.Case No. 58 of 2014.
