The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.06.2017 contained in Memo No. 854-2 passed in Mutation Revision Case No. 124 of 2016 by the Additional Collector, Supaul, whereby he has set aside the order dated 27.09.2016 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Triveniganj in Mutation Appeal Case No. 4 of 2015-16.

3. On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up, learned Advocate for the State as well as learned Advocate for the respondent no.9, submit at the Bar that the petitioner has statutory remedy available before the Bihar Land Tribunal under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a proper application before the Bihar Land Tribunal. (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
