JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners and other accused. Admittedly, the other accused have already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Further more, the post mortem report of the deceased revealed that only one injury was found on his person. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jadia P.S.
