====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 17-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to provide the enhanced compensation as the award has been received by the petitioners with objection and they need higher compensation.

3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have objection on the said award amount.

4. Counsel for the Union submits that the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.2923 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 acquisition was made under Supaul- Arariya New Rail Line Project and remedy available to the petitioners against the enhancement of award and get more compensation before the Arbitrator -cum- Divisional Commissioner, Koshi division.

5. In this view of the matter, petitioners are directed to file application before the Arbitrator -cum- Divisional Commissioner, Koshi division with all relevant documents and the Arbitrator -cum- Divisional Commissioner, Koshi division is directed to entertain their case in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
