In course of investigation, the name of this petitioner surfaced in the statements of some of the prosecution witnesses but the aforesaid witnesses specifically, stated that it was co-accused, Md. Naiyar who shot fire the deceased. The said co-accused, Md. Naiyar has already been granted privilege of bail and so far as petitioner is concerned; he is in jail custody since 1805-2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014 to the satisfaction of
