2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) To restrain the respondent 2nd set to not to construct house, not occupying the land and not making boundary wall on the land in question on which status quo order has been passed by the learned court of S.D.M.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14400 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 Lakhisarai in Case No. 99(M)2/2015 under section 144 Cr.P.C.

(ii) To direct the respondent 1st set not to construct boundary wall/house on the land in question on which a title suit bearing T.S.No. 86/2009 and after abates the suit new T.S.No. 98/2015 is running in the court of learned Sub. Judge, 1st, Lakhisarai for final hearing (filed on dated 22.07.2015).

(iii) To direct the respondent 1st set to maintain the law & order passed by the learned court of S.D.M., Lakhisarai passed in Case No. 99(M)2/2015 and also the Instruction dated 06.06.2015 passed in Case No. 22/2015 by the District Judge, Lakhisarai (Bihar) ObservationThe status quo should be maintained by the parties on the spot.

(iv) To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled too."

3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that there a Title Suit No. 98 of 2015 is pending before the competent civil court after the Title Suit No. 86 of 2000 was abated earlier.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he shall be pursuing the said Title Suit remedy.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
