JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Petitioner has jointed the post in terms of the order dated 28.9.2016, contained in Annexure 'A' to the counter affidavit and the respondent authorities will also carry out directive issued by the Director, Animal Husbandry, dated 6.10.2016, contained in Annexure 'B' to the counter affidavit, with regard to payment. It goes without saying that if the petitioner was let off with a minor punishment withholding of three increments vide order dated 7.8.2013 passed by the Director, Animal Husbandry, then the petitioner would surely be now entitled to the salary for the period when Annexure 4 was issued.
