2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"I. To direct the respondent authorities to provide accurate compensation on the basis of residential land rate as per the new rate of government as well as in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the payment of compensation must be adequate, sufficient and satisfactory as the rate of 4x100.

IN view of the facts residential land/House the of petitioner has been acquired for construction of N.H. 19 four lane Road bearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.15401 of 2017(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Khata No. 92, Khesara No. 51 mauza Ismailpur and the work of construction is in progress but respondents have provided the compensation as per the agricultural land due to oblique reason and malafide intention.

II. To provide compound interest on delay payment.

ΙΙΙ. Τo impose heavy cost upon erring authorities.

IV. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 2, the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra for the redressal of the grievance in next four weeks.

4. If he approaches the concerned respondent within stipulated period, the concerned respondent shall take the matter to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of six months.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
