It has been submitted that in prayer portion of the application, due to inadvertence, '1st Additional District Judge, Danapur', has been typed instead of "ACJM-II, Danapur", and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 18.02.2019 by which petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.451 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion with regard to name of the Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9397 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 18.02.2019, in place of '1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Danapur', it should be read as "ACJM- II, Danapur". The order dated 18.02.2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
