2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 153(A), 120(B) and 290 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. reveals that Indian team won cricket match from Pakistan, upon which, the supporters of winning team started bursting crackers at Purani Gudri Shauchalya road, whereupon people of other community objected, which resulted in assembly of both communities having deadly weapons in their hands and they started abusing and assaulting each other.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation. Though, there is allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11686 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 assault, but no one has sustained injury. There is no specific overt act against these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 849 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
