Patna High Court MJC No.2930 of 2017(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 of India has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of CWJC No. 5714 of 2012, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.05.2017.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some urgent work he had to leave the court premises and the other counsel was out of station and therefore, the case remained unattended when it was called out. Having regard to the submission made above, the restoration application is allowed. Let CWJC No. 5714 of 2012 be restored to its original file.
