JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 511 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the SIM card issued in the name of petitioner has been used by some criminals. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no concerned with the SIM Card used by some criminals and it appears that his I.D. has been misused in getting that SIM Card. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and he has been in judicial custody for almost three months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8223 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 511 of 2019.
