The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Aanganbari Sevika, on the basis of forged marksheet of matriculation. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has already been terminated from the services. Petitioner has neither received any government money nor caused any loss to the government. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

No.10303 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh OP) P.S. Case No. 974 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
