2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 712 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(DA) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/7(2)(b)(c) of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with a minor girl. He is in jail since 05.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9092 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
