Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case no. 334 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68086 of 2022. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
