The petitioner seeks bail in Misc. Case No. 17/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner only 25 litres country made liquor (Mahua) was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul), in connection with Misc. Case No. 17/2015.
