Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This application is for modification of order dated 24.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 734 of 2020 submitting that due to mistake address of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as resident of Mohalla-Dindayal Nagar, P.S.-Siwan Town, District-Siwan, in place of village-Chhatiara, P.S.-Karande, District-Sheikhpura as also for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below.

Let it be so corrected and read accordingly.
