2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft in a house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on account of suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 09.01.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, the prayer for bail for the petitioner is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jhanjharpur, DistrictMadhubani./concerned Court in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2021.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) Police Station, Madhubani on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
