2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(I) For issuing the direction or commanding the respondent to restore the possession of petitioner's land back to him, bearing Khata No. 1182, Kheshra No. 85 total area of 38 decimal situated at Mauja - Amhara, Thana No. 44, Maner at present Thana - Bihta, District - Patna, which is illegally arbitrarily,

(II) For grant of appropriate compensation at the prevalent market rate of the agricultural land of the petitioner which is the only source of livelihood for the petitioner and his family members (area 38 decimal) acquired illegally by the respondent authorities.

(III) For grant of any other relief or reliefs if the petitioner found entitled to.

3. Learned State counsel with the help of counter affidavit submits that no supporting document was provided by the petitioners warranting payment of compensation.
