Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 325 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Petitioner is alleged to have fired in air and also alleged to have assaulted the informant causing fracture injury in the knee.

It is submitted that from perusal of annexure-2, injury report of the informant, it appears that the informant did not get any apparent injury on his body.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
