It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that subsequent to the dissolution of the Bihar Agriculture Market Board. petitioner has been absorbed in the Integrated Child Development Services at Masaurhi, Patna. He submits that the petitioner is entitled to benefits of Assured Career Progression on account of decision of the erstwhile Bihar Agricultural Marketing Board contained in office letter dated 16.7.2015. For such claim, he has also filed a representation (Annexure 7) before the District Programme Officer, Patna (respondent no.4). Since, decision regarding petitioner's entitlement is to

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to take a final decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits under the ACP in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order positively within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that if any dues is found admissible and payable to the petitioner, the same should be paid within one months thereafter.
