2. The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent Patna Municipal Corporation to make the payment of differences of arrears of salary in view of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3153 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/3 recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Committee and the consequential benefit attached thereto.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the State authority wrote several letters to the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation to make payment to the petitioner as well as other similarly situated persons, which gets reflected from Annexure- A series to the counter affidavit.
4. Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation seeks time to file a counter affidavit.
5. This Court is not inclined to grant any further time as this matter is of 2020. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to make representation for redressal of his grievances, as raised in the present petition within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order whereupon the Chief Executive Officer -cum-the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna is directed to pay all admissible dues of the petitioner within four months from the date of representation filed by the petitioner. None payment of the admitted dues within the said period amounts to contempt of Court.
6. In the event, the petitioner found not entitled for payment then, the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within the said period.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
