Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 40 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 427 & 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After investigation, the Police has exonerated the petitioners and submitted the final form. However, the Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioners differing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8037 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 with the final form.

Considering the fact that the final form was submitted by the Police exonerating the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 40 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
