The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 683 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No firearm injury is found in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the Circle Officer, Naubatpur after hearing the parties passed the final order (Annexure-2) stating that the trees, which were cutting by the petitioner, are situated in a Raiyati land. No.6796 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 683 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
