The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for violation of the order dated 12.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9473 of 2017 by which the disciplinary authority was directed to pass order in accordance with law on the enquiry report of the enquiry officer within two months from the date of receipt of that order. The State has filed counter affidavit stating that the disciplinary authority revoked the suspension of the petitioner and passed final order inflicting punishment on the basis of the recommendation of the enquiry report. The order has already been complied with. Thus, this M.J.C. petition is dismissed.
