The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No.1284 of 2019 arising out of Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner, only 9 liters of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered. No arms and ammunition is recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 14.12.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10738 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No.1284 of 2019 arising out of Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
