JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner but even after completion of the investigation, police could not succeed to establish this fact as to whether the aforesaid motorcycle was stolen property or not. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
