The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No. 2491 of 2020 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1091(C) of 2019 for offences under Sections 323, 341, 494, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage of petitioner no.1 with opposite party no.2 is of the year, 1985.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-13, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Trial No. 2491 of 2020 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1091(C) of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
