JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2023 This application is filed for modification of order dated 03.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59870 of 2022, by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 607 of 2020 pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the bail application, the name of the concerned Court has wrongly been typed as "Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur" in place of "Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur". In view of the above submission, in the last paragraph of the order dated 03.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59870 of 2022, let the words "Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur" be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12113 of 2023(2) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 corrected to be read as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur".

Accordingly, the order dated 03.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59870 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above. This modification application is disposed of. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
