JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Charges have been framed against the petitioner in several sections of the Indian Penal Code including 376/511. Petitioner has remained in custody since 18.05.2014. In view of the same, let the petitioner, namely, Chandra Kishore @ Chandra Kishore Prasad @ Chandra Kishore Naag be enlarged on bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POSCO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah.
