JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20.3.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

Although the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether 8 cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he has already been granted the privilege of bail in almost all the cases.

In the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
