The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. The police apprehended the petitioners and from their possession only mobiles were recovered. It is alleged that on enquiry, the petitioners disclosed that they are members of T.P.C. and on the order of Ajay Rajbhar they are collecting extortion from the owners of brick kiln, but no owner of brick kiln made any complaint that the petitioners have ever demanded any extortion. No arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are in jail for more than four

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 486 of 2015.
